New Accounting software

At the end of the first quarter this year, Signature migrated to a new accounting software. The new software called Zoho offers exciting features, one that we are particularly happy to introduce to you is the Client Portal.

The Client Portal enables our clients to view and download invoices, accept quotations, check payment history and account statement.
In the upcoming days, an email will be sent out to our clients inviting them to log onto the Client Portal.
A simple click on the link will take you to a sign in page where you will be asked to create a password.
Once you have created your own log in, you will be able to access all the information. Below are snapshots of the client portal layout to give you an idea of what it will look like.
